We wanted to spend our last 30 minutes in Arequipa taking a last look at the Plaza de Armes. But our time got taken up by a parade of Arequipa area aboriginal people celebrating an anniversary. Sorry to say, there was not enough time to determine what exactly was happening. But worth it, we think, to share the visuals anyway.
