I am very excited about the next stage of this trip. Although we’ve working out a lot of the functional issues with the casa rodante (the battery now charges, we’ve dealt with the ants), six weeks of experience indicate that two people can travel under these circumstances, but only one of them will get to write. It’s just too chaotic.
So, I’m being stunningly brave (at least I feel stunningly brave) and am setting out on my own. S and I will spend the next couple of days together while I pull together a solo adventure. I’ll let you know the plan once it is place.
